Just 4 months after the wonderfull “Walkout” release Mr. Kanzleramt himself presents 2 direct album forerunners on his hot new maxi “The Silent Bass”. The title track makes awakening a bit easier with deep-down basslines and a slowly maximizing groove construction, followed by an intense mood, which touches heart and soul immediately. b-side “Position Flipped” is another example for perfect arranged slow build-ups and breaks. The more dark mooded roughness of “Position Flipped” in opposite to the beautiful a-side track “The Silent Bass” catches dancers with it´s driving flow and a psychedelic noise layered all over.
