Are the items always in stock?
Unfortunately it can happen that the item is temporarilynot in stock. You can check on availability by taking a look at the little square next to the price.Green means the item is available, yellow that it is coming soon and gray that it is sold out.
How do i get some details on the item?
Just click on the short description or the title of the item.
How do i put an item in the shopping basket?
Just go to the details page by clicking on the short description of the item. Here you can see the available sizes. Click on the size you wish to order and the item is automatically put in the shopping basket,where you can change the amount you want to order.
How do i order?
Just go to the details page of the item and choose the size you wish to order. Your item is put in the shopping basket then, whereyou can change the amount you want to order. When you are finished, just click on ORDER NOW and after adding some information for shipping, you are ready to finish ordering by pressing the ORDER button.
How do I pay?
You may pay either by COD (cash on delivery) or by credit card through paypal. Select your desired payment method on the order form. You will recieve a confirmationemail shortly (typically 2-3 days). Note that there will be additional costs depending on the payment method and the mailing charges.
How do I use "My Kanzleramt"?
1. Create a login to certify your data.
2. Fill your mp3-basket by selecting bundles or single mp3´s in our catalogue.
3. The € amount in your mp3-basket can be checked out
- instantly via paypal
and
- via money order within the usual bank transfer days.
4. The transferred amount can now be charged and you can download your selection of mp3´s in your download area.
5. Use "download all using zip", so all available mp3´s in your download area will be zipped to one file (recommended). The download is starting automatically after your zip file is finished (with Internet Explorer you have to start the download manually).
Tips:
To create a new zip file, the previous one must be deleted. if this happens automatically after a short while, but you also can delete it manually after you´ve finished downloading your current zip file.
Please note, that you have to take over all bank charges using money order. The received amount on our bank account will be credited to your wallet.
